good side & bad side

I was shocked when my friend gave me a call & informed me about the Glorieta bombing. I worried immediately, thinking of my sister, friends even colleagues if in a chance were on that place when the bombing was happened. Thanks God they are all safe, but still many lives have been shattered on that single day - our sympathy to all families affected. Hoping our government will be serious enough on getting all those people involved to face the

LAW.

not again...

second time around, i was lost. kasi naman nag side trip ulit, bakit kasi hindi ako sanay magstick sa plan. my original plan was to go National Museum only, then afterwards take my lunch that's all. but apparently a sudden change of mood again, siguro dahil masyado ako'ng natuwa sa pagbasa ng MRT route feeling ko kasi ang lapit lang nila. Suddenly, i consider going to chinese garden as per Sally - our new friend here, it's a nice place to see.But upon checking to MRT route it's too far - not now I may not able to come back before 5:00pm, Jun might got surprised, if he wasn't able to see me at the hotel by that time. Also i'm worried not to glimpse today's episode of my "singnovela" (home in Toa Payoh). nakakatuwa siya promise, with English subtitle of course. Ayos hehehe!

I ended up going to Bugis instead, street shopping ang format dito. window shop lang ako, haay wala ako sa mood ( pero sa totoo lang, wala pa kasing pang shopping..lol) okey din dito, clothes..bag..accrs..CD's & DVD's (korea-novela nga lang) i was able to browse some like Stairway to Heaven, Princess hour & GMA-7 currently top rated Jumong. then after passing by on almost half of Bugis street, i felt tired and ang "init" grabe. sumakit ang ulo ko doon, mag window shopping ka ba naman ng kainitan ng araw!

I decided to transfered in an airconditioned mall , at Bugis junction. window shopping again, ikot at tingin tingin lang muna, sigh :( finally, i'm really tired na talaga- surrender na. Bus trip naman kasi by that time, crowded na ang MRT's.

unfortunately, ayun wrong bus to ride. not again.

october best...

yes it's october, isa lang ang ibig ipahiwatig christmas is fast approaching (nakakalungkot, first time ko mag christmas away from home). pero okey lang we can still celebrate christmas - we can find a way definitely, tayo pa - in all means we can still have the Pinoy style of christmas.

so far, i've really enjoy pasta from this Resto especially the Chicken & lobster combo, superb!

Food trip mood ako ngayon, siguro dahil sa great breakfast na rin namin today, brunch actually.
Aside from i've mentioned i still have a number of favorite's food pa naman. Whew, ang motto ko ang mag-pa slim but unfortunately hindi ko pa siya ma-achieve nowadays. Probably later part of our stay here.

MARCHE restorante... finally

as promised by my hubby, we finally dine at Marche' restorante.

we got a good dinner that time.

i should call a good nite that time,when apparently on our way back to the hotel we board on a cab with a very rude driver. sigh, i need to control my temper that time, kasi alam ko na bad trip na rin si Jun.

we also learned our lesson that evening, "mag tiyagang pumila kahit gaano kahaba ang queue ( lol) para makaiwas sa mga pasaway na taxi driver"
